Terms of Service
Our online store requires a minimum order of $50 of product. State sales tax is added to orders shipped to Maine addresses.
Our shop is closed July 4th week and Christmas Eve to New Year's Day. We do not be process orders during those times.
Payment must be made at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment can also be made through PayPal, simply choose the PayPal option when checking out and you will be guided through the PayPal portal to complete the purchase.
For larger quantities requiring freight service and custom orders, please give us a call or contact our sales team.
We process orders the same day or next day and ship UPS Ground, 2-5 business days. Shipping is billed by total weight of product ordered.
No merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior approval is obtained. Merchandise must be of resalable size and condition. A 30% charge plus freight will be made for returns. Material which is not of recent sale (60 days), made to special order or non-stock items are not returnable.
All claims for shortages and/or damage in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods shall be replaced, however, no claims for delays, damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed.
